It is always a pleasure to listen to inspiring person, and I totally agree that globalization cannot be stop and we need to adapt ourselves and to be successful and make progress, let’s observe what is going on, listen to client desire and experience, listen to employee requirement and satisfaction needs and work together in a collaborative way.

 

Let’s remember we have a great heart inside and let’s find the balance between Love Quotient, Emotional Quotient and Intelligence Quotient and invent together a new way of evaluating and learning people.
