De quoi s\u2019agit-il ?<\/h3>\n<p>Ce terme est \u00e0 la mode depuis les ann\u00e9es 2000, apr\u00e8s la parution d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/\">manifeste<\/a> par des experts qui ont revu les m\u00e9thodes de gestion de projet pour \u00eatre plus efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont propos\u00e9 quelques principes tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-tt=\"{&quot;paragraphStyle&quot;:{&quot;alignment&quot;:4}}\">L\u2019adaptation aux changements, plut\u00f4t que le suivi d\u2019un plan <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-tt=\"{&quot;paragraphStyle&quot;:{&quot;alignment&quot;:4}}\">La primaut\u00e9 des interactions, sur les processus <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-tt=\"{&quot;paragraphStyle&quot;:{&quot;alignment&quot;:4}}\">La collaboration avec le client, plut\u00f4t que la n\u00e9gociation contractuelle <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-tt=\"{&quot;paragraphStyle&quot;:{&quot;alignment&quot;:4}}\">L&rsquo;interaction entre les personnes plut\u00f4t que le pilotage des processus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, par analogie, certaines organisations ont voulu d\u00e9velopper les interactions entre les individus et favoriser l\u2019autonomie des individus. C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on appelle le management agile.<\/p>\n<p>Et, plus largement, la posture agile.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, il s\u2019agit, pour moi, de faire des exp\u00e9rimentations, d\u2019oser de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de travailler, de vous ajuster r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec vos \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, il convient de faire <strong>confiance<\/strong>, de laisser les individus faire \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re, certainement d\u2019une fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente de la v\u00f4tre.
